Meet Colie
Hi there! I’m Colie, the heart (and hands) behind Charcuterie by Colie.
What started as a love for hosting and creating themed delicious meals and platters for family and friends, quickly turned into a passion for curating beautiful, handcrafted charcuterie boards that celebrate flavor, creativity, and connection.
I’ve always believed that some of life’s best moments happen around a shared table. Whether it’s a cozy night in, a big celebration, or just an excuse to snack in style, my boards are designed to make any gathering feel special. Each board is thoughtfully assembled with fresh, high-quality ingredients—artisanal cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, and all the perfect pairings in between.
When I’m not arranging meats and cheeses you can find me hiking with my doggie, hanging with family & friends, or shopping for your next board!
